Q: What is the HIF Logic Survey and do I have to take it?
The HIF Logic Survey is 5-min archetype questionnaire that maps your interest areas, your vision, and what you’re building or thinking about. You don’t have to take it — but you’ll want to. It’s your cheat code. Every Crew member who completes it walks into Cocktails & Dreams Happy Hour already knowing their story and how to start a conversation. It takes about 5 minutes and you’ll receive your results before the trip.
Q: What is Cocktails & Dreams Happy Hour?
Cocktails & Dreams is D2C Travel Crew’s signature daily gathering — every day from 2–4pm at the resort’s main pool bar (or main bar if there’s no pool bar). It’s informal, fun, and completely pressure-free. No agendas, no pitch decks, no name tags with your job title. Just Visionaries connecting over good drinks in a beautiful place. It’s the best hour of every trip and the one everyone talks about afterward.
Q: What is the Crew card holder and how does it work?
Every confirmed Crew member receives a D2C Travel Crew – MeetFriendz branded card holder — the kind you stick to the back of your phone — mailed to you before departure. It’s your social signal on the trip. Card holder facing out means you’re open to connecting. Phone face up means you’re off duty. No explanation needed, no awkward moments. It’s our version of Red Light, Green Light — except the prize is your next co-founder, business idea, or new life chapter.
Q: Do I need to be an entrepreneur or business owner to join?
Not at all. D2C Travel Crew welcomes anyone who is curious, open, and ready for something new — whether you’re actively building a business, thinking about starting one, or simply tired of the same routine and looking for fresh energy and like-minded people. Q: How many people are in each group trip?
Our groups are intentionally kept small 10-12 This isn’t a bus tour — it’s a curated experience designed for real connection. Small group sizes mean you’ll actually get to know people, not just exchange business cards you’ll never look at again. We do on occasion offer larger events and these will be highlighted on trip listing.
Q: What’s included in the trip?
It depends on the specific trip — each product page lists exactly what’s included. Many of our trips are all-inclusive, meaning meals, drinks, and resort amenities are covered. Your Crew card holder, access to Cocktails & Dreams Happy Hour, and the HIF Logic Survey are included with every D2C Travel Crew experience regardless of destination.

We currently organize group trips departing from Charlotte NC, Nashville TN, Allentown PA, Columbus OH, San Antonio TX, Kansas City MO, and Indianapolis IN. Don’t see your city?
