Terms of Use for Dream2Career, LLC Websites

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Dream2Career, LLC, including dream2career.in, d2ctravelcrew.com, and meetd2c.com (collectively, the “Websites”).
D2C Travel Crew and Meet D2C are trading names of Dream2Career, LLC, a limited liability (sole proprietor) company registered in Larksville, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kathleen Houlihan is the owner and operates these Websites as an independent contractor with Magical Enchanted Vacations (MEV).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of the Websites, you are indicating your full and unconditional acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Websites immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dream2Career, LLC.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data collection and usage practices.
2. Services Provided
Dream2Career, LLC, operating as D2C Travel Crew, serves as an independent travel advisor for Magical Enchanted Vacations (MEV), a member of Agent Universe and the Travel Leaders Network. We are authorized to book various travel services, including air, cruise, hotels, private jets, excursions, car rentals, and villas and more. We also contract with member-based businesses for travel perks and retreats.
3. Website Use and Security
3.1. Accuracy of Information
Dream2Career (D2C) uses all reasonable endeavors to ensure that information on the Websites and in written quotations is accurate. However, we make no representation or warranty that such information is accurate, up-to-date, or complete, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you find inaccurate information, please notify us immediately at info@d2ctravelcrew.com.
3.2. Website Security and Access
D2C cannot guarantee that the Websites will operate continuously, without interruptions, or be free from errors.
- You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our Websites, including attempting to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, or internet-connected device.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all technical specifications necessary to use the Websites and that it is compatible with them.
- You accept that D2C cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading will be free from infection, viruses, and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient virus checks and security procedures.

Unless otherwise stated, Dream2Career, LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Websites. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may access material from the Websites for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set in these Terms.

Parts of the Websites may offer users the opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information (“Comments”).
- Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of D2C Travel Crew, its agents, or affiliates, but solely the views of the person posting them.
- To the extent permitted by applicable laws, D2C Travel Crew shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused or suffered as a result of any use of, posting of, or appearance of the Comments on this website.
- D2C Travel Crew reserves the right to monitor and remove any Comments deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
4.3. User Warranty for Comments
By posting Comments, you warrant and represent that:
- You are entitled to post the Comments and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so.
- The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right of any third party (e.g., copyright, patent, or trademark).
- The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material.
- The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or present commercial or unlawful activities.
You grant D2C Travel Crew a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.
5. Hyperlinking to Our Content
5.1. Approved Linking Organizations (No Prior Written Approval Required)
The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:
- Government agencies.
- Search engines.
- News organizations.
- Online directory distributors (in the same manner as they hyperlink to other listed businesses).
- System-wide Accredited Businesses, except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups.
Links must be to our home page, publications, or other information, provided the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
5.2. Other Link Requests
We may consider and approve link requests from other organizations such as commonly-known consumer/business information sources, dot.com community sites, associations/groups representing charities, online directory distributors, and internet portals. Approval is based on:
- The link not creating an unfavorable impression of us.
- The organization having no negative records with us.
- The benefit from the hyperlink visibility compensating for the absence of D2C Travel Crew.
- The link being in the context of general resource information.
5.3. Linking Method
Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Websites using our corporate name, the URL being linked to, or any other description that makes sense in the context of the linking party’s site. No use of D2C’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
5.4. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website immediately. You agree to comply with such a request. We also reserve the right to amend these linking terms and conditions at any time.
6. Content Liability and Disclaimer
6.1. Content Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your website. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes or advocates the infringement of any third-party rights.
6.2. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our Websites and the use of the Websites. This disclaimer does not:
- Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury.
- Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.
- Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
As long as the Websites and the information and services on the Websites are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
7. Modifications to the Terms
Dream2Career reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice by changing them on the Site. Your continued use of the Websites following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
