Terms and Conditions of Travel Bookings
Regarding trips and travel bookings, we work with thousands of travel suppliers and each company has their own set of refund rules and regulations. We will make sure you have copies of each applicable policy before you submit your credit card information to us. In addition, we offer travel insurance through several travel insurance companies which you will be invited to purchase to protect your trip due to sickness or other unforeseen circumstances that may negatively impact your travels.
Here is our credit card payment policy that will require a digital signature before any travel booking payments are accepted by D2C Travel Crew. All travel terms, important dates and conditions will be provided to the client along with a digital copy of this policy:
I hereby authorize D2C TRAVEL CREW AN INDEPENDENT TRAVEL ADVISOR WITH MAGICAL ENCHANTED VACATIONS to use this information to make any and all payments directly to the relevant travel suppliers for all my approved travel plans. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form. I also reviewed all trip details and confirm that all itinerary information is correct; any alterations to the trip may result in extra fees. I acknowledge that I am purchasing this trip from a travel agency and not a hotel, airline, or other travel supplier directly, therefore, the transaction can’t be canceled due to service dissatisfaction. By signing my name below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the cancellation terms of all elements of my purchase. I am also responsible for having an up-to-date passport, travel documents, visas, and any other required proof of citizenship, and I am responsible for any consequences that may arise from not having them. I also understand that I need to check-in at least 2 hours before my flights, late check in will result in denial of boarding at my own expense. I understand that I am responsible for keeping track of all payment due dates. Late final payments will result in forfeit of deposit. I furthermore agree that my submission of this form electronically via email or facsimile shall constitute the execution of this agreement in exactly the same manner as if I had signed, by hand, a paper version of this document. I also agree to the consent to use my personal information and understand that by using D2C TRAVEL CREW AN INDEPENDENT TRAVEL ADVISOR WITH MAGICAL ENCHANTED VACATIONS services for the booking of any travel services that certain personal identifying information may be conveyed to third parties relevant and necessary to the transportation and accommodation of your travel. D2C TRAVEL CREW AN INDEPENDENT TRAVEL ADVISOR WITH MAGICAL ENCHANTED VACATIONS shall not be responsible for the further use of said information by third parties by the customer.
D2C Travel Crew prides ourselves on offering customized and personal service and therefore we will do what is best for the customer in all instances and work to recover losses when we are able. We will do what we can 100% of the time to reach an acceptable outcome in each situation. However, because we are dealing with third party vendors, there are no guarantees written or implied that you will receive a refund during disputes over quality of services, travel packages, illness, acts of God, or cancellations. D2C Travel Crew and it’s employees cannot be held liable for any problems, issues, or cancellations that occur with your bookings or travel experiences. It is your responsibility to read and sign all documents before business is transacted.
Travel Booking & Deposit Policy
Group & Individual Bookings
- Planning Fees: A non-refundable planning fee maybe charged for organized group trips to cover research, itinerary creation, landing page development, supplier coordination, and payment processing. There is no fee for individual bookings made through this site.
- Seat Holds: A $50 deposit is required to hold your seat for any travel booking published on this website. This deposit is strictly non-refundable and locks in your vacation membership and triggers your Crew Credit Card holder being mailed to you. Always contact us prior to deposit with questions at Book a Meeting
- Third-Party Suppliers: D2C Travel Crew acts as an independent travel advisor. We partner with vendors within the Travel Leaders Network to curate packages. Please note that each travel supplier (airlines, hotels, tour operators) maintains its own specific refund rules and regulations. We will provide you with these policies for review before you submit payment.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment against illness, cancellation, or unforeseen circumstances. Insurance options are available for all bookings and will be presented to you as part of the booking process.
Payment Authorization & Credit Card Terms
Before any booking is finalized, you must sign a digital payment authorization. By signing, you acknowledge:
- You are an authorized user of the credit card.
- You will not dispute charges that align with the provided terms.
- D2C Travel Crew is not a direct supplier (hotel/airline); therefore, transactions cannot be canceled due to service dissatisfaction with the end provider.
- You are responsible for valid travel documents (passports, visas), timely check-ins (at least 2 hours prior to flight), and tracking payment deadlines. Failure to submit final payments on time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and potential cancellation of your booking.
Travel Deposit Refund Policy
To ensure clarity and protect both parties, please note our travel deposit policy: As stated above, $50 deposit is required to secure your seat for any group travel booking and will trigger your Credit Card Holder being sent. This deposit is fully refundable if requested within 24 hours of your initial booking. After this 24-hour window, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it is immediately committed to administrative coordination and shipping. However, if D2C Travel Crew finds it necessary to make substantial, material changes to the trip itinerary, the deposit is fully refundable. We are committed to transparency and will always work to provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding your travel plans.
Liability Disclaimer
D2C Travel Crew strives to provide exceptional service and will make reasonable efforts to assist in the event of disputes. However, because we rely on third-party vendors, we cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations based on the circumstances beyond those listed above, service quality issues, or “Acts of God.” D2C Travel Crew and its employees are not liable for losses, delays, or issues arising from third-party supplier performance.
Merchandise Shop (POD)
D2C Travel Crew sells merchandise using Printify (a Print-on-Demand service).
- Shipping & Returns: Most merchandise orders are processed and fulfilled by Printify. Policies regarding shipping times, damaged goods, or returns are governed by Printify’s merchant terms. If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact support@d2ctravelcrew.com within 14 days of receipt for assistance.

Privacy & Data Protection
By using our services, you consent to the collection and sharing of your personal identifying information with third-party vendors as necessary to fulfill your travel or merchandise orders. D2C Travel Crew is not responsible for the subsequent use of your data by these third-party suppliers once it has been transferred for the purpose of booking or fulfillment.
