Memberships

Our refund policy for memberships and activation fees purchased directly through D2C Travel crew is 14 days. If you are unhappy with your membership, you can email us at support@d2ctravelcrew.com and you will receive a no questions asked 100% Money back guarantee. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Group Bookings

There is a planning fee charged for each group trip booking. This non- refundable fee is used for research, itinerary creation, to create a landing page, coordinate travel with suppliers, collect travel payments, and communicate travel information.

Travel Bookings

Regarding trips and travel bookings, we work with over 1 Million travel suppliers and each company has their own set of refund rules and regulations. We will make sure you have copies of each applicable policy before you submit your credit card information to us. In addition, we offer travel insurance through several travel insurance companies which you will be invited to purchase to protect your trip due to sickness or other unforeseen circumstances that may negatively impact your travels.

Here is our credit card payment policy that will require a digital signature before any travel booking payments are accepted by D2C Travel Crew. All travel terms, important dates and conditions will be provided to the client along with a digital copy of this policy:

I hereby authorize D2C TRAVEL CREW AN INDEPENDENT TRAVEL ADVISOR WITH MAGICAL ENCHANTED VACATIONS to use this information to make any and all payments directly to the relevant travel suppliers for all my approved travel plans. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form. I also reviewed all trip details and confirm that all itinerary information is correct; any alterations to the trip may result in extra fees. I acknowledge that I am purchasing this trip from a travel agency and not a hotel, airline, or other travel supplier directly, therefore, the transaction can’t be canceled due to service dissatisfaction. By signing my name below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the cancellation terms of all elements of my purchase. I am also responsible for having an up-to-date passport, travel documents, visas, and any other required proof of citizenship, and I am responsible for any consequences that may arise from not having them. I also understand that I need to check-in at least 2 hours before my flights, late check in will result in denial of boarding at my own expense. I understand that I am responsible for keeping track of all payment due dates. Late final payments will result in forfeit of deposit. I furthermore agree that my submission of this form electronically via email or facsimile shall constitute the execution of this agreement in exactly the same manner as if I had signed, by hand, a paper version of this document. I also agree to the consent to use my personal information and understand that by using D2C TRAVEL CREW AN INDEPENDENT TRAVEL ADVISOR WITH MAGICAL ENCHANTED VACATIONS services for the booking of any travel services that certain personal identifying information may be conveyed to third parties relevant and necessary to the transportation and accommodation of your travel. D2C TRAVEL CREW AN INDEPENDENT TRAVEL ADVISOR WITH MAGICAL ENCHANTED VACATIONS shall not be responsible for the further use of said information by third parties by the customer.

D2C Travel Crew prides ourselves on offering customized and personal service and therefore we will do what is best for the customer in all instances and work to recover losses when we are able. We will do what we can 100% of the time to reach an acceptable outcome in each situation. However, because we are dealing with third party vendors, there are no guarantees written or implied that you will receive a refund during disputes over quality of services, travel packages, illness, acts of God, or cancellations. D2C Travel Crew and it’s employees cannot be held liable for any problems, issues, or cancellations that occur with your bookings or travel experiences. It is your responsibility to read and sign all documents before business is transacted.
