Our Shared Vision
WHEREAS, D2C Travel Crew, owned by Dream2Career, LLC, DBA D2C Travel Crew, is a Concierge Travel Service and Educational Itinerary Development provider dedicated to the profound belief that travel is a powerful catalyst for personal and professional growth. We focus on helping individuals find opportunities, synthesize information, and learn about themselves and the world in unique global destinations, with the ultimate goal of seeing hope for a better tomorrow and living the lives of their dreams;
AND WHEREAS, “Partner” (listed above) shares this mission and is uniquely positioned within the community to introduce potential clients to D2C Travel Crew’s specialized services;
AND WHEREAS, this grassroots partnership is designed to increase awareness of this new educational travel concept—the intentional use of travel to inspire deep personal and professional transformation. D2C Travel Crew recognizes the invaluable contribution of the Partner in championing this novel venture and seeks to incentivize these vital referrals;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, and our shared commitment to empowering lives through education and travel, the parties agree as follows:
I. Referrals: Planting the Seeds of Possibility
Referral Commitment. The Partner shall use reasonable and ethical efforts to refer leads of potential clients who may benefit from D2C Travel Crew’s mission-focused travel and itinerary development services.
Referral Documentation. To ensure clear accountability and prompt recognition of the Partner’s contribution, the Partner will communicate all leads or use specialized affiliate link provided by D2C Travel Crew. Only leads documented through these official channels will be eligible for compensation.
Approved Leads. An Approved Lead requires an introduction to D2C Travel via email; a scheduled meeting facilitated by the Partner between the potential client and D2C Travel Crew; or contact information obtained through affiliate link provided to the Partner by D2C Travel Crew.
II. Compensation: Investing in Our Partnership
Referral Fee. D2C Travel will pay the Partner a Referral Fee for each Approved Lead that successfully books and completes travel through D2C Travel Crew. This fee is an incentive to acknowledge the Partner’s role in inspiring a client’s journey.
Compensation Rate. The Referral Fee shall be five percent (5%) of the gross commission received by Dream2Career, LLC, DBA D2C Travel Crew or Kathleen Houlihan for the booking made by the referred client.
Duration of Eligibility. The Partner shall be compensated for all travel completed by the referred client for a period of three (3) years following the date of the client’s initial referral (Referral Date). This duration recognizes the long-term trust and community building fostered by the Partner.
Payment Terms. Such Referral Fee shall be paid to the Partner within Sixty (60) days of D2C Travel Crew receiving the full commission payment from the travel vendor/supplier for the completed travel booking.
III. Term and Termination: Sustaining the Momentum
Term. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for three (3) years from the Effective Date, aligning with the compensation eligibility period. It may be renewed for successive one-year periods upon the mutual written consent of both parties.
Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience without cause upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.
Survival of Obligations. Notwithstanding any termination, the obligations for D2C Travel Crew to pay Referral Fees accrued under Section II for travel completed prior to the date of termination shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Furthermore, any compensation eligibility that began prior to termination, but falls within the three-year eligibility windowdefined in Section II.3, shall also survive termination.
IV. General Provisions: Foundations of Trust
Relationship of the Parties. The parties are acting as independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship. The Partner is solely responsible for all taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes, related to the receipt of fees under this Agreement.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements. For clarity on referral fee payouts, this document is the controlling agreement of record.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
Modifications. Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
